Anti Wrinkle Treatment Policy

To ensure the safety and efficacy of your treatment, anti-wrinkle injections require a consultation with a licensed prescriber at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is mandatory, as anti-wrinkle treatments involve prescription-only medicines.

During the consultation, your suitability for treatment will be assessed, and a prescription will be issued if appropriate. Without this consultation, treatment cannot proceed.

Please note that:

The consultation is non-refundable.
If you miss your consultation or fail to attend, your treatment will need to be rescheduled.
Consultations are valid for a specific time frame, as guided by the prescriber.

Dissolving Terms & Conditions

Elective dissolving treatments require a consultation with a licensed prescriber at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. To ensure the safety of your treatment, all dissolving treatments will require an intradermal test to be carried out at the beginning of your appointment. This is mandatory as dissolving involves the use of hyaluronidase, a prescription-only medicine.

During the consultation, your suitability for treatment will be assessed, and a prescription will be issued if appropriate. Without this consultation, treatment cannot proceed.

It may be the case that you test positive for an allergy to hyaluronidase. In this case, your injector will discuss the most clinically suitable options. If either you decide not to go ahead with treatment, or it is at any point deemed unsafe, you will incur only a £50 cost to cover the product used for patch testing. No further charges will apply.
